Auratum Asunnot Oy is responsible for development and marketing of Kupittaanpuisto. Kupittaanpuisto is a new residential area located in Turku. The area will comprise ten high-rise residential buildings that will be built in several phases during the next ten years. The developers of the project, Sato Rakennuttajat Oy and Auratum Asunnot Oy will both develop five buildings on the site. Construction works of the first two buildings, developed by Auratum Asunnot Oy, are under way and the buildings were completed in Autum 2011.
