Our property funds provide institutional and private investors easy and efficient opportunity to invest in real estate. We have long experience in managing property funds. Our AKR funds were the first private equity property funds established in Finland.
Since the establishment of our first AKR property fund we have successfully exited three funds.
Our active property funds are AKR Tuotto Ky which invests in commercial properties in Finnish growth cities and Quorum Asuntoturva I Ky which invests in rental apartments mainly in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Quorum Asuntoturva I Ky is established jointly with Asuntoturva Oy.
